Customers supposed to be flying with Delta Airlines on Monday took to social media to air their complaints and frustrations after all Delta flights were grounded
The airline tweeted Monday morning that they were experiencing a computer failure and departing flights were cancelled. The airline blamed the computer failure on a power outage in Atlanta, Ga., the airline’s hub.
Due to a computer outage, flights awaiting departure are currently delayed. Flights enroute are operating normally.

A disgruntled Twitter user tweeted at Delta Airlines, calling them the worst airline and promising to never fly them again while another asked the airline if they were proud of the service they were providing.
. has to be the worst airline. It can't check in or board. Stuck in Munich trying to get home via Detroit. I'll never fly again.

Customers were unable to check in or print their boarding passes, causing long lines at Delta desks. Multiple customers posted photos of lineups at airports all over the world, including one Instagram user in Italy who said, “Because the end of vacation isn’t already bad enough.”
Another customer posted on Delta’s Facebook page and looked at the situation with a sense of irony while being stuck on an airplane. A Donald Sutherland-narrated Delta advertisement played with the actor saying, “There is no stop, only go,” as the airliner remained at a standstill for hours.
Other customers complained about the lack of information and updates from the airline. A Facebook user complained, on the Delta Facebook page, that airline agents were nowhere to be seen, and no information was being shared with the growing crowd of waiting customers.
Multiple social media users who weren’t stuck in airports also took the opportunity to air their grievances with the airline, some even asking the big IT question: “Have you tried turning it off and back on again?”
Tough Monday morning, . Have you tried turning it off and back on? Pull out the cartridge and blow on it? Otherwise I got nothing.
